Finally getting to play with Santa's loot

I have to say as a parent I felt a little bad christmas evening when the major gifts the boys received from the fat man couldn't be used until the snow melted. We all remember how it was as a kid, just like Ralphy and his trusty red rider BB gun, we couldn't wait to try out our new acquisition, even if it did mean shooting at a metal sign.

Nearly 3 months after christmas and a lot of patience the boys are finally getting to ride the wheelers left under the christmas tree.    Don't get me wrong they tried earlier, but powerwheels just don't do well in snow and ice.  Now that the snow is fading away the race-way is clear (Ox better be on his toes).  Jaron has the nack for getting stuck, he is already showing some questionable decision making ability behind the wheel. For whatever reason he thought it would be good to chase Ox through the garden and of course Dax was happy to follow. They did accomplish getting a little mud on their tires and then on their shoes once they found out their wheelers don't go in plowed mud very well. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera at the time.  It's going to be good times this summer!!!
